The data analysis trial started in February 2010 and revealed interesting insights that helped Blue Rabbit set up their business strategy, make decision about brands, products, partnerships and the direction the company will take in extending their retail business.

Based on turnover and GMROI analysis by brands, product lines and store locations, Blue Rabbit entered into a close partnership with Donna Karan New York. Blue Rabbits’ DKNY store on Železná street near Old Town Square became the first DKNY Shoes and Accessories store in the Czech Republic.

The First Fruits of Data Driven Marketing

RFM and latency analysis identified two significant customer segments with firm behavior patterns: “Brand fans” and “Discount hunters”. Blue Rabbit and Argo Team designed and implemented trip wire based email marketing campaigns for the “Discount hunters”, directing them to the Blue Rabbit store in the Pankrac Shopping Center. A different approach was used for the “Brand fans”. Blue Rabbit sends them email announcements and hard-copy catalogues, marketing new collections from Vivien Westwood and Donna Karan. These customers are directed to the Blue Rabbit Prague stores on Železna street and in Slovansky Dům.
